A fossil disappearing under the incoming tide. The next day it was not visible at all- a layer of sand covered it. The image, GLEAMINGS, in the exhibition explores the shifting nature of the coastline revealing and exposing. Fragments of Elisabeth Bletsoe's beautiful poem Votives to St. Wite are embedded in the piece.
